Another year has passed! Welcome 2026!
Another amazing year has passed, wrapping up a year in the home staging business is more than just closing the books.
Its about reflecting on the transformations we created for our clients, managing inventory, and prepping for the upcoming spring market.
Lets take a moment to look back at the impact our business made this year. We staged 167 homes. Most of these homes were vacant properties and some were occupied homes. Fortunate to work with some of the top Realtors in Niagara area, we made a huge impact on a number of sales they were able to close.
This definitely was a difficult year to say the least. Homes we staged were listed for a longer period of time, which affected our inventory supply. Throughout the year, while still receiving requests to stage new properties, without having the inventory to complete the job. We made new purchases to fulfill the demand, knowing that if all the homes we had under contract sold all at once, there would not be space in our 2500sq warehouse.
Somehow we made it through, and out stats came back with amazing results, 167 homes staged 92% of the homes sold firm, which confirms that staging your home still gives you amazing ROI. The National Association of REALTORS state that 82% of buyer agents say staging helps clients visualize a property as their own.
This year, we continued to offer our clients Christmas holiday décor services, transforming clients homes, and commercial spaces into warm cohesive and inviting spaces by blending festive cheer with elegant simplicity. During 2025, our short Term rentals design services grew as well. We were able to offer our clients short term design set up to maximize revenue and increase their bookings by transforming properties into highly appealing spaces.
