Our clients purchased the home, completed extensive renovations throughout the apartment. They had purchased the primary large furnishings and were seeking for us to offer them the styling of the apartment.
The space consisted of 3 bedrooms, two were staged as bedrooms the third was staged as an office with a pull out sofa. We went to view the space, to help us determine scale of the rooms, design and character of the home. We gave our clients a step by step plan on how we were going to install the styling services. Also included was a break down of the price for our services and purchases for the apartment.
Once completing all the purchases, then we proceeded to install all the inventory. This included, area rugs, creating vignettes throughout the home. We hung artwork, and added bedding to both bedrooms.
