Established in 2008, our Realtors have entrusted us with staging their clients homes. To our present date, we have staged over 2,285 homes, helping our Realtors sell millions of dollars worth of Real Estate. We offered their clients home staging, using top and on trend furnishings and accessories.

About 8 years ago, we realized that the short term rental business were booming in Niagara. With our staging success we decided that this was a service we wanted to add to our repertoire.

We met with our clients to view the property and discuss, the vision, budget, function and timeline. First step was to source out companies that allowed us to offer affordable, modern up to date furnishings. Our first client requested us to renovate a 1 bedroom apartment. This space was a commercial duplex,  already rented out as a long term apartment.

Based on our clients budget, we freshly painted all walls and doors. We removed and replaced flooring throughout the apartment. Installed a new vanity in the bathroom, all appliances were replaced in the kitchen. New window coverings,  hardware on doors and kitchen cabinetry, carpeting up the interior stairs, and light landscaping on the exterior of the home.

Once the renovations were completed, we began our sourcing for all furniture, artwork, and accessories. Kitchen supplies were curated, ensuring the kitchen is very well stocked,  because this is a top request from Airbnb guests. Luxury bedding was purchased to elevate the experience  to a luxury hotel. Modern, affordable,  and comfortable, yet stylish furnishings were ordered for guests to feel at home. Bathroom was stocked with plush towels and spa like personal hygiene products and toiletries.

Our final services also offered our clients professional photography by Northern Media Group,  this is key to having a successful Airbnb to create stunning images and attract potential guests.

After 6 weeks of renovations, purchases,  our clients created a website,  did some marketing and  an  Airbnb profile, our clients were live and ready to generate an income!

Our clients were very satisfied with the scope of the  work we did for them. We took the reins and completed the project from beginning to end,  to making this a turn key business for them on completion.  Clients successfully received ample bookings in the first year, to cover all of their original expenses and  generated an added income to their portfolio, giving them a great ROI.
