In the summer of 2011, we decided to sell our house in St Catharines. We knew that it needed some modernizing and that it could be presented better, but felt it was something we could try doing ourselves to save some money. As part of our consultation with our realtor, Anna came over and gave her professional opinion to help market the house. Her work was thorough, her observations spot on (she was thinking what we thought, and much more !!) and recommendations effective while being budget conscious. She was able to recommend contractors to complete the work (who were fantastic with first rate service and excellent quality) and worked tirelessly to ensure our house was ready to show, working within a very tight deadline. It was a great success. Our agent held an open house for the neighborhood and some interested clients on a Thursday evening and by Saturday morning we had 4 competing offer’s on our home, all above the asking price. Those that bid commented on the presentation of the home, so even asking if they could purchase it “as is” ! We have no hesitation recommending Anna and her team and are glad that we chose a professional to present our home with much better results than if we’d try to do it ourselves.
